Reflex Performance Resources is a leader in activewear and athleisure apparel, seeking a full-time Production Associate to join their New York City team. The role involves communicating with vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining detailed production records to support the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

Communicate daily with vendors/agents regarding sample and bulk delivery status
Support the Production Manager with order follow-ups and tracking
Issue and update purchase orders within the ERP system (AMT)
Maintain and update order sheets and WIP trackers
Organize and track all order details (lead times, trims, fabrics, samples) in Excel
Prepare and send packages to overseas factories and buyers
Create swatch cards and bulk color cards
Assist in preparing submission review meetings
Review and approve label layouts
Collaborate with related departments to ensure alignment on production timelines
Maintain consistent communication with factories and team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Apparel Production, or equivalent industry experience
2+ years of apparel production experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop; expert-level Excel skills required
Strong knowledge of apparel production/manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a continuous drive to learn
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
