To perform histological preparations that are consistent with the Sections Policies and Procedures in order to deliver quality slides to the pathologist in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper
Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
Complete knowledge of Histology lab procedure including cryostat, gross room, accessioning, embedding and microtomy
TN – Clinical Laboratory Technologist or SU – Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license required
Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
Preferred
ASCP certification
