Responsibilities

Join a team of well-qualified attorneys and paralegals that provide highly effective and sophisticated counsel on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions to public and private pension funds, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, private and public endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies

Process large, complex documents

Possess excellent attention to detail

Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously

Be an effective communicator and negotiator

Be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently

Develop a business and investment skill set

Qualification

Required

At least 1 year of investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or other related experience

JD from an ABA-accredited law school, license to practice, and an LL.M. in Tax

Enthusiasm to work both as part of a diverse team and independently

The ability to manage significant individual responsibilities

Experience working on and managing multiple projects at once

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
