Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the recording studio, including equipment maintenance, scheduling, and session management
Engineer and produce music sessions with a high level of professionalism and technical acumen
Develop and implement strategies to maximize studio usage and profitability
Train and supervise studio staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Build and maintain relationships with artists, producers, and other key industry figures
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for studio operations
Innovate and implement new services and offerings to keep the studio competitive and relevant in the industry
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Required

Strong network within the music industry, particularly in the Indianapolis area
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on studio booking needs

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Music Technology, Sound Engineering, or related field is preferred
