Responsibilities

Providing legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing

Addressing legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters, restrictive covenants, and more

Facilitating real estate and loan closings

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, purchase and sale agreements, easements, developer agreements, and other documents related to real estate transactions

Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies

Conducting legal research, and analyzing complex real estate issues

Collaborating with internal real estate team and clients to ensure successful completion of real estate deals
