Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client service to maintain client relationships and drive adoption of the FXGO product suite by conducting training sessions, managing projects, and channeling client feedback to internal stakeholders to help iterate on product development

Facilitate communication with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to ensure client issues are accurately escalated and resolved

Serve as a trusted partner to FXGO clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, corporates, and vendors partners

Required

2–5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange: Client Services, Trade Support, Middle/Back Office teams within a reputable buy-side/sell-side institution or corporate treasuries; Experience working at single- or multi-bank FX trading platforms is a strong advantage

A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

Legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
