Responsibilities
Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service on various repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
Perform minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks without supervision
Own and utilize a standard set of tools to perform all required trades
Travel to job sites using your own serviceable work truck or van
Qualification
Required
Successful prior track record as a Handyman/Craftswoman / Craftsman
Ability to perform minor carpentry, minor electrical and minor plumbing without supervision
Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
Own serviceable work truck or van
Current and valid driver's license
Residence within 25 miles of our large geographic service area
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation and invoicing skills
Recognizes and corrects issues, not a complainer
Professional, well groomed appearance and demeanor
Reliable attendance and performance
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
