Responsibilities

You’ll use cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to find potential customers. You’ll also explore opportunities through trade shows, conferences, and online communities to generate leads
You’ll research potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and determine if they’re a good fit for Openmart’s solutions. Your goal is to identify prospects that are likely to move forward in the sales process
You’ll educate prospects on Openmart’s products and services, explaining how our solutions can meet their specific business needs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your knowledge of the product and market to guide them through the buying process
When you’ve qualified a prospect, you’ll schedule the next steps with a sales representative. You’ll ensure that leads are handed off smoothly, working closely with the sales team to provide a seamless buying experience for the customer
You’ll keep detailed records of your interactions with prospects and customers. You’ll also be responsible for data cleanup, maintaining accurate databases, and analyzing data to help improve our processes

Required

3+ years of experience in sales
Ability to use cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to find potential customers
Experience in researching potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
Ability to educate prospects on products and services
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently and take the lead
Experience in maintaining accurate databases and analyzing data
