Responsibilities
Lead project planning for mid-sized projects; oversee execution and resolve moderate issues
Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently
Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively
Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed
Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans
Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features
Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Team-oriented work style
6-10 years experience in technical project management or related field
Leads complex, multi-team projects independently
Develops and executes strategic project initiatives
Manages critical supplier/vendor relationships
Drives cross-functional process improvements
Leads risk management and mitigation strategies
Influences department-level decisions and strategies
Advanced experience with project management methodologies
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
Experience with budget management and resource allocation
