Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 months as outbound SDR/BDR
Fluent in English, additional APAC languages are to your advantage
Professionalism - trusted to be a responsible professional
Zero reluctance to pick up the phone - willingness to cold-call
Resilience - ability to face rejection at scale
Builder Mentality - willing to co-build processes for the team and company
