Inside Sales Manager

They are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales representatives, focusing on driving revenue growth and achieving business targets through effective coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

Daily coaching (individual and group) to support the MD7 value of Continuous Improvement and foster ownership of this value at an individual level
Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance against targets; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Establish clear and achievable sales expectations for the department while also stretching the team to achieve new levels of performance; regularly communicate these goals to the team
Work closely with sales representatives to provide insights, resources, and support in achieving their individual and team targets
Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge at an individual and team level
Expand/develop new hire training
Create a culture that fosters the growth and development of leaders within the team
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth
Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with support teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and company strategies

Required

Proven experience in sales management or a related leadership role, specifically experience managing large teams in a high-volume call-center environment (minimum 5 years)
Documented track record of achieving and exceeding targets as the leader of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
Ability to motivate and inspire others with and without direct authority
Proficient skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
