Customer Service (Broker Experience Associate)
TickPick is a leading North American ticket marketplace that offers all-in pricing on tickets. In this role, you'll respond to broker support inquiries while maintaining and cultivating relationships with professional ticket brokers, ensuring timely and professional communication, processing refunds, and identifying operational improvements.

Responsibilities
Respond to broker inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely fashion
Process refunds or credits and withhold seller payments
Mitigate issues between buyers and sellers and de-escalate where necessary
Understand broker software, making administrative changes for brokers as needed
Identify operational areas of improvement and provide feedback on solutions
Assist with venue mapping corrections delegated by the mapping team
Qualification
Required
Must be located in Tennessee, Texas, Oregon, North Carolina, New Jersey, or New York
This is a full-time position (40 hours / 5 days a week) that requires you to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Minimum of 1+ years of customer service, sales or client relations experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technologically savvy
Highly skilled at multitasking
Proficient using: Zendesk (or similar software); G-Suite Excel
Preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
Live event ticketing software knowledge preferred
