As a Growth Associate, you will drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement initiatives to support FuseAI's expansion, while experimenting with creative growth strategies and learning from experienced founders.

Responsibilities
Launch and test creative campaigns to drive awareness and sign-ups across digital channels, partnerships, and community-led efforts
Help design and execute initiatives that keep users engaged—ranging from onboarding flows to email campaigns and in-product experiments
Assist with building FuseAI’s presence across social channels, online communities, and thought leadership content that resonates with our audience
Work on unique growth opportunities outside traditional marketing playbooks—new distribution channels, viral loops, or product-led growth experiments
Qualification
Required
Creative & Entrepreneurial Mindset: You love testing new ideas, moving quickly, and learning from the data
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable with writing engaging copy, creating marketing assets, or briefing creative collaborators
Analytical & Customer-Centric: You can interpret performance metrics, spot patterns, and connect insights back to the customer experience
Hands-On Builder: Excited to roll up your sleeves, operate in a fast-paced startup, and make things happen with limited resources
Background: Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
Preferred
Prior exposure to startups, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
