They are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead project implementations, manage teams, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets
Manage a diverse team of consultants, developers, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability to achieve project milestones
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, including proactive issue resolution and escalation as necessary
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation process to ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
Lead change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption and ensure successful transition to new systems and processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and across the organization, leveraging lessons learned and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
15-20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O)
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementations, including full project lifecycle management and multiple go-live deployments
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience working in a global delivery model, managing distributed teams across different time zones
Ability to travel to client's location based in Utah, USA as needed
Preferred
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
