Responsibilities

Support the client and Senior Project Manager in delivering complex, multi-phased projects, focusing on scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and information management

Assist in planning and facilitating meetings; prepare agendas, meeting notes, and presentations

Help manage budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documentation, and project controls

Review and provide feedback on consultant and contractor pay applications and change orders

Ensure accurate and timely issuance of meeting minutes during design and construction phases

Compile, submit, and track project purchase requisitions, change orders, and pay applications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

7+ years of as a Project Manager in Engineering, Environmental, or Construction organization

Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work

Must be willing to be onsite daily
