The Digital Transformation and AI Adoption Internship offers a unique opportunity to assist in reimagining the dealer experience through AI and automation, providing valuable project support and professional development.

Responsibilities
Investigate how tools like chatbots, predictive analytics, and AI-driven design visualization can improve the dealer experience
Analyze the current dealer digital journey and identify high-friction areas where technology could reduce cycle time or improve close rates
Work with IT and Sales Enablement to co-develop a proof-of-concept tool or workflow pilot with a subset of dealers
Author a 'Dealer of the Future' white paper that outlines: Key AI use cases in the dealer space, ROI potential and business impact, A roadmap for scaling AI across the dealer network
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Previous internship experience in relevant function
Experience with prototyping tools or data visualization is a plus
