The role involves designing, prototyping, validating, and releasing systems and components for advanced EV vehicle programs, collaborating with designers and engineering teams throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Designing, prototyping, validating, and releasing systems and components for advanced EV vehicle programs
Working closely with studio designers to develop new design concepts
Collaborating with other vehicle engineering teams and cross-functional teams on technical, feasibility, and cost trade-off studies
Exploring creative ideas covering a variety of systems, including fascia, rocker, aero shields, and other trims, as well as front and rear end structures and component integrations, glazing, and wiper/washer systems
Celebrating engineering and aesthetics design possibilities, from the concept phase all the way to manufacturing and quality teams for the launch
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing, prototyping, validating, and releasing systems and components for advanced EV vehicle programs
Ability to work closely with studio designers to develop new design concepts
Collaboration skills to work with other vehicle engineering teams and cross-functional teams
Experience in conducting technical, feasibility, and cost trade-off studies
Creative problem-solving skills covering a variety of systems, including fascia, rocker, aero shields, and other trims
Knowledge of front and rear end structures and component integrations
Experience with glazing and wiper/washer systems
Ability to celebrate engineering and aesthetics design possibilities from concept phase to manufacturing and quality teams
