Responsibilities
Performing geotechnical field explorations and testing
Coordinating and interpreting lab test data
Developing spreadsheets and databases
Performing engineering analysis and calculations
Preparing technical memos, reports, and construction specifications
Observing and documenting construction activities
Preparing and modifying drawings using AutoCad
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical is required
0 to 3+ years of experience
Excellent writing and general communication skills
Working knowledge of CAD. Experience in Civil 3D or GIS a plus
Ability to perform field work on construction sites without restrictions, in inclement weather
Valid driver's license
Preferred
MS in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred
40-hr OSHA/HAZWOPER training is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel 25% or more
