Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD)

Coordinate the team of Project Managers for assigned clients, ensuring they implement agreed-upon processes to guarantee efficiency, scalability, and profitability for the company

Directly manage complex and/or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and throughout the collaboration with clients

Serve as the primary PjM point of contact with clients in your time zone, attending meetings and presenting production data and improvement plans during business reviews

Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
