Openmart is a rapidly growing company focused on transforming how businesses find contacts and automate sales research. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect potential customers, qualify leads, educate them on products, and ensure smooth transitions to the sales team.

Responsibilities

You’ll use cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to find potential customers
You’ll research potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and determine if they’re a good fit for Openmart’s solutions
You’ll educate prospects on Openmart’s products and services, explaining how our solutions can meet their specific business needs
When you’ve qualified a prospect, you’ll schedule the next steps with a sales representative
You’ll keep detailed records of your interactions with prospects and customers
You’ll also be responsible for data cleanup, maintaining accurate databases, and analyzing data to help improve our processes
Help with founders on sales and operation related stuff

Required

Experience with cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to find potential customers

Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and databases
Ability to analyze data to improve processes
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Strong independent work ethic and leadership skills
