They are seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality direct care to children, adolescents, and young adults through both virtual and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities
Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions to youth ages 2-26
Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
Collaborate and engage with other healthcare professionals and families
Maintain thorough patient records and documentation
Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours, after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends
Qualification
Required
Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD in New Jersey
Possess (1) one year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
Have (1) one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
Commit to a minimum of 5 hour commitment during core hours, after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends
Commit to a minimum of 1 day per week at our Mount Laurel, NJ clinic location
Preferred
Experienced clinician using evidence-based practices
Passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families
Skilled and experienced in facilitating virtual telehealth direct care
Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems and other virtual platforms
Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes
Possess outstanding communication and documentation skills
Willing to go the extra mile when working with families, with the flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients, if needed
