Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and supervision for Local Facility Chaplains (LFCs) and Local Program Managers (LPMs)
Conduct site visits (at least twice annually) to assess performance and ensure compliance with the PWS
Manage financial, logistical, and reporting requirements for the contract
Develop and implement training, recruitment, and retention strategies for program staff and volunteers
The National Program Manager must travel to each of the six ICE detention facilities—Batavia, NY; Miami, FL; Los Fresnos, TX; Florence, AZ; El Paso, TX; and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba—for at least two site visits annually
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in religion, detention/prison management, social work, logistics, or related field
Demonstrated experience managing federal or state contracts, preferably in correctional or detention environments
Ability to work effectively with diverse faith groups and multicultural detainee populations
