Responsibilities
Provide professional piano accompaniment for worship services, rehearsals, and special events
Offer musical direction for both Catholic and Protestant programs, coordinating with chaplains
Perform prelude, offertory, congregational, postlude, and other required musical pieces
Recruit and coordinate with volunteer musicians as needed under chaplain guidance
Maintain accountability of music equipment, reporting needed repairs to CRP staff
Assist with worship bulletins, music requests, and other administrative requirements
Arrange for qualified substitutes during absences, subject to chaplain approval
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to read music and play piano competently in both Catholic and Protestant worship contexts
Experience leading or supporting church/chapel music ministries
Familiarity with sacred and liturgical music across diverse worship traditions
Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with chaplains and volunteers
