Mid LevelLadgov Corporation is seeking a Protestant Contemporary Music Director to plan, lead, and direct music for the Protestant Contemporary Worship Service at Travis AFB. The role involves selecting worship songs, organizing rehearsals, and guiding the worship team to deliver high-quality musical support during services and special events.

Responsibilities
Lead music for weekly Protestant Contemporary Worship Services and special events
Collaborate weekly with the Senior Protestant Chaplain or designee to plan services
Select and distribute music at least 24 hours before rehearsals
Conduct a weekly rehearsal (not held on the same day as the service)
Recruit and mentor volunteer vocalists and musicians
Set up and tear down music equipment for each service as needed
Arrive no later than 30 minutes before services and 10 minutes before rehearsals
Maintain written documentation of all services, rehearsals, and meetings
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Protestant Christian faith and Contemporary worship traditions
Ability to read sheet music and play at least one instrument (keyboard and/or guitar preferred)
Strong vocal performance and ability to lead congregational singing
Experience in worship planning, music arrangement, and team leadership
Proficiency with sound systems, projection software, and CCLI tools (e.g., SongSelect)
Must pass a background check per DoDI 1402.5
