Responsibilities
Partner across the organization, including senior leadership, to define our long-term strategic direction and success criteria
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business and corporate strategy projects in close collaboration with a highly matrixed set of stakeholders
Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks and opportunities
Develop and evaluate strategic options, using financial modeling and scenario planning techniques
Support, train, mentor and upskill more junior members of the Strategy Team
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure broad stakeholder alignment and buy-in to strategic outputs and the overall strategy
In partnership with the Senior Leadership, execute against the strategic planning process, including facilitating strategic thinking sessions and developing presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
Partner with the Office of the CEO to track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend course corrections as needed
Qualification
Required
An experienced leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate and/or functional strategies
An MBA or equivalent degree in business, economics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
A solid team player with a customer-centric approach
A strong sense of ownership in your work
Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
Hunger to sprint/hustle from one project to the next, and iterate quickly
Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
A collaborative and team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
5+ years of experience at a top-tier Strategy firm [e.g. McKinsey, BCG or Bain]
Experience in B2B Payments, particularly open-loop (i.e. Visa, Mastercard) economics, technologies, and commercialization
Prior professional experience in the mobility, Health Benefits, or Travel verticals
Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning
A strong understanding of M&A and other corporate development activities
