Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate agent
Ability to guide buyers and sellers
Strong communication skills
Ability to build a sustainable pipeline
Familiarity with buyer agreements
Willingness to work as an independent contractor
Ability to work remotely within the U.S
Preferred
Established producer with experience
Newly licensed agents seeking mentorship
Experience with modern training and tools
