Commercial Sales Manager- RAM BusinessLink / Commercial Vehicles
Bergeron Automotive is seeking a high-performance, results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow their commercial vehicle business under the RAM BusinessLink program. The role involves building and managing a pipeline of business accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting commercial sales quotas.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a local commercial business plan (prospecting, account acquisition, retention)
Identify target verticals (construction, trades, utilities, rental, municipal, etc.) and tailor offerings to their needs
Forecast, monitor, and report on commercial pipeline and sales performance
Cold call, network, and leverage referrals to secure new commercial accounts
Negotiate pricing, financing, leasing, and fleet packages
Promote add-on revenue streams (upfits, accessories, warranties, servicing contracts)
Partner with Sales, F&I, Service, and Upfit departments to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensure consistent execution across order, delivery, and aftersales
Monitor profitability of commercial deals (gross margins, incentives, cost to serve)
Serve as the main point of contact for commercial customers
Conduct business reviews, solicit feedback, and drive repeat purchases
Develop and maintain influence with key decision-makers (fleet managers, operations managers, procurement)
Build and coach a small commercial sales team (if applicable)
Lead training sessions on RAM BusinessLink program benefits, product knowledge, and sales processes
Enforce policies, controls, and compliance in commercial sales
Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene
Analyze win/loss, margin trends, and route to improved performance
Recommend process improvements and strategic shifts as necessary
Qualification
Required
Proven track record (5+ years) in commercial vehicle / fleet / B2B sales environment
Strong network in commercial / industrial / municipal sectors
Experience structuring complex deals, including financing, leasing, warranty, and upfits
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal teams
Analytical mindset; comfortable with KPI tracking and sales forecasting
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience specifically with RAM Commercial or similar OEM commercial programs
Understanding of vehicle upfitting, vocational units, and body suppliers
Mechanical or technical knowledge of trucks, vans, and associated equipment
Network in local business community (contractors, fleet operations, utilities, municipalities)
