Sales Manager
FuelTech USA is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets
Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach
Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
Utilize Netsuite software to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data
Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review

Motivated and experienced Sales Manager
Strong leadership skills

Proven track record in technical sales
