Finance Manager/ Director
The Helm ABA is a fast-growing, investor-backed multi-site healthcare business focused on innovation and client experience. They are seeking a Finance Manager who will lead FP&A efforts, manage outsourced accounting and revenue cycle management, and define critical financial metrics to enhance company performance.

Responsibilities
Provide timely, operationally-focused analysis of periodic financial results (month, quarter, year) so management can take action to improve the business
Implement operationally-focused KPI’s to track the Company’s progress across finance, client services, and business & clinical operations (e.g., budget, RCM, marketing, client intake, recruiting, labor utilization, client & employee retention)
Manage outsourced accounting vendor to ensure timely close at month- and quarter-end for rapid analysis of results so management can take action
Manage outsourced RCM vendor to ensure smooth and efficient revenue/operating cycle with insurance payors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance experience focused on FP&A
Excellent modeling and interpersonal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred
Multi-site healthcare Industry Experience Required
ABA Industry Experience Preferred
