New Grad, Entry LevelLincoln University of Missouri is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Operations & Supply Chain Management. The primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Operations & Supply Chain Management, both in face-to-face and online formats, while collaborating with faculty on curriculum development and maintaining professional expertise in the field.

Ability to plan and prepare course content and curriculum, utilizing assessment and effective methodologies of instruction for the enhancement of learning aligned with ACBSP standards
Collaborate with other faculty members for the development, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum
Provide appropriate classroom and online instruction for students enrolled in business course(s)
Maintain expertise in the field of study and teaching pedagogy by attending seminars, workshops and classes for self-improvement and/or professional enhancement
Desired discipline-specific teaching with a demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness
Show commitment to the philosophy and outcomes of the School of Business. Maintain professional development activities
Maintain positive relationships within the University and in the larger community
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum master's degree in operations & supply chain management or a business-related discipline from a regionally accredited institution
A satisfactory criminal background check

Preferred
Previous teaching experience preferred
Knowledge and skills related to teaching students in class and online
Exceptional interest in teaching operations & supply chain management and providing mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students
Teaching experience in methodology, curriculum development, evaluation or willingness to plan for acquisition of these skills no later than the first year of teaching
