Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s)
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff
Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments
Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements
Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience in designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs
Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP's)
Ability to provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT's, BTs, and clinical staff
