Start in 2026 WinterSACC Chicago is a non-profit trade organization connecting businesses and professionals between Sweden and New England. They are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Event intern to manage various projects, support the SACC-NE network, and assist in planning and executing networking events.

Responsibilities
Keeping the website up to date
Utilizing social media tools for communication
Creating and developing newsletters
Engaging in graphic design
Handling marketing collaterals, invitations, press releases, and other send-outs
Promoting the Chamber
Organizing various Chamber events
Handling routine administrative tasks
Assisting in the planning and execution of networking events
Contributing to the development and implementation of event concepts and themes
Coordinating with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth planning and execution of events
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a university program or graduated within a relevant field of study
Swedish citizenship or strong ties to Sweden (for U.S. visa purposes)
Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Software skills, including MS Office, Photoshop, and social media experience
Preferred
Knowledge of Graphic Design (Indesign, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus
Preferably, previous experience in organizing events
