Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s growth strategy, with a focus on scaling customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth
Lead brand development, customer engagement, and marketing strategy, with a focus on building a trusted consumer brand
Establish and grow partnerships with veterinary networks, pet retailers, insurers, and technology platforms
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team
Drive fundraising efforts, manage stakeholder communications, and represent the company to investors, regulators, and industry partners

Required

Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
