Responsibilities

Facilitate and supervise visitations between children and their families in accordance with agency policies and procedures

Create a safe and welcoming environment for families during visitations

Monitor interactions, ensuring that visitations remain positive and constructive

Document observations of family interactions and any concerns regarding safety or well-being

Communicate effectively with families, providing guidance and support to enhance family interactions

Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to develop visitation plans tailored to individual family needs

Assist in conflict resolution during visits as necessary, promoting a constructive atmosphere

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and agency policies

Participate in training sessions and professional development as required

Required
