Visual communication specialist/Customer Service Representative
FASTSIGNS is a franchise industry leader in the sign industry with over 700 locations worldwide. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the initial contact for customers, assisting them through various communication channels and building long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients
Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
Be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
Qualification
Required
Outgoing and very friendly to customers
Ability to build long-lasting relationships
Great listening skills
Documentation and organization skills
Eager to learn
Ability to work with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
Ability to prepare estimates and implement work orders
Ensure timely delivery of finished orders
Involvement in daily team meetings
Execute business and marketing plans
