Koniag Government Services is seeking an experienced Document Reviewer Level 5 to support critical projects involving classified information. The selected individual will ensure compliance with government regulations related to information security and classification, while reviewing and analyzing documents pertaining to nuclear weapons and related fields.

Responsibilities

Analyzing technical documentation to identify classified information and ensuring compliance with classification guidelines
Utilizing expertise in nuclear weapons design, nuclear material production, counterintelligence, weapon science, and military utilization of nuclear weapons to review and assess documents
Collaborating with team members to develop classification guidance and maintain the confidentiality of classified data
Conducting comprehensive reviews of documents to identify sensitive information and ensure proper handling and protection
Serving as a subject matter expert in security classification requirements and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols

Required

Master's Degree or equivalent in engineering or physical science from an accredited college or university
Top Secret clearance required
Minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in nuclear weapons design, nuclear material production, counterintelligence, weapon science, or military utilization of nuclear weapons
Completion of a two (2)-year tour of duty as a Military Research Associate (MRA) in the nuclear weapon area or equivalent experience
Access to SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information)
Ability to read and understand written English at an advanced academic level
Proficiency in identifying classified information in government records and developing classification guidance
Experience as a Derivative Declassifier (DD) or equivalent for ten or more years
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in document review and analysis
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Demonstrated expertise in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of classified data
Qualification as a Derivative Classifier (DC), UCNI Reviewing Official, and Derivative Declassifier (DD)
Experience with improvised nuclear devices and inertial confinement fusion
Familiarity with Government security classification requirements and protocols
Current experience in handling classified information in a government setting
Understanding of nuclear intelligence and nuclear material processing technologies
