MeshyAI is a leading 3D generative AI company headquartered in Silicon Valley. They are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to help scale their research and engineering teams by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates in AI, machine learning, and software engineering.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering & research)
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
Source and engage top talent across North America
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles
Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, distributed systems) and ability to speak credibly with technical candidates
Leverage innovative sourcing methods across both conventional and unconventional channels, including but not limited to: 1)GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google Scholar 2)ArXiv, ResearchGate 3) LinkedIn 4) Twitter, Facebook 5) Quora
Build targeted outreach strategies and write high-conversion messages tailored to passive technical talent
Proven success hiring for North America-based roles in competitive markets
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred
Experience hiring for startups, especially in AI or deep tech industries
Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics platforms
Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
