US Sales Engineer
Growatt US is a global leading distributed energy solution provider specializing in sustainable energy generation, storage, and consumption. The US Sales Engineer will focus on acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones, while also gathering competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Responsibilities
New Customer Development: Focus on acquiring PV distributors and EPC installers within your designated region. Present our company’s capabilities and product offerings to prospective clients, with the goal of making our company a new inverter supplier for them
Existing Customer Maintenance: Conduct regular visits to current clients to promote new products, understand their procurement plans, and coordinate with after-sales and marketing teams to deliver product training and demonstrations. Meet and exceed sales targets
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights: Gather intelligence on other inverter manufacturers utilized by customers, including product specifications, pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to inform sales strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English
Experience in independent international business development; experience in the PV industry is preferred
Proficient in computer and office software operation
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team collaboration awareness
Preferred
Experience in the PV industry is preferred
