Responsibilities
Post job openings on internal platforms and external job boards
Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach and scheduling
Help manage and update data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support sourcing efforts via LinkedIn and other channels
Participate in coordination and logistics for interviews (virtual & in-person)
Assist with recruitment analytics, metrics, and reporting
Conduct industry and competitor research to support hiring strategies
Assist in organizing early talent outreach efforts, such as career fairs or university engagement
Contribute to candidate communications and engagement initiatives
Support Emerging Talent programs/Early career recruiting
Assist in preparing offer letters and new hire documentation
Coordinate onboarding activities such as orientation scheduling and welcome kits
Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and submitted on time
Help maintain onboarding checklists and tracking tools
Follow up with new hires to support a smooth integration into the organization
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Eagerness to learn about HR and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
