Responsibilities

Deliver direct psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and intervention planning

Foster a welcoming, student-centered environment that encourages growth, inclusion, and resilience

Partner with families, teachers, and support personnel to create and carry out individualized support plans

Contribute to building a positive school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique strengths and needs

Facilitate professional development sessions to provide school staff with practical strategies for promoting student learning and well-being
