Responsibilities
Own the post-onboarding client relationship, serving as a trusted advisor to restoration businesses using the Albi platform
Drive adoption, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes, and identifying opportunities for expansion while mitigating churn risk
Partner closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Lead quarterly business reviews and act as the voice of the customer internally
Qualification
Required
Passionate and proactive attitude
Experience in customer success or account management
Ability to drive adoption and ensure measurable outcomes for customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Support, Product, and Onboarding teams
Ability to lead quarterly business reviews
Capability to act as the voice of the customer internally
