Responsibilities
Applies industry standards and best practices for managing test tool and software development
Adheres to change management, configuration control and enforcement of service level agreements
Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures in support of system requirements specifications
Analyzes system requirements and provide feedback to technical delivery team
Qualification
Required
Five (5) or more years' experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, configuration management processes
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative science field
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces
Experience supporting the federal government or DoD
Preferred
Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level
Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations
Experience with Agile Software Development
