Responsibilities

Define SIGINT requirements

Develop and coordinate CONOPS of SIGINT mission systems

Write and translate requirements into Epics/Features based on emerging customer needs

Understand system-to-system interfaces and function as an Integrator

Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures

Monitor system and segment schedules, recognize dependencies, Identify risks and opportunities

Facilitate readiness and demonstrations in support of system and acquisition milestones

Integrate new systems and initiatives in support of expanded SIGINT mission inclusive of planning for operational sustainment of existing systems

Participate in studies looking at the future generation of SIGINT capabilities spanning the next decade

Familiarity with overall SIGINT architecture, including space and ground components and mission partner interfaces, inclusive of familiarity with mission control and processing of SIGINT systems

Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives

Required

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)

5+ years of experience in SIGINT systems engineering

Experience in Cost, Schedule and Performance trades

Experience in systems integration

Experience in IVV&T

Experience in Risk and Opportunities

Experience in Configuration Management and Configuration Control and all the associated processes for space systems and space craft ground systems

Systems Engineering training
