Responsibilities
Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment
Base 3-5 days per week in-person
Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community
Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

Qualification
Required
Hold a minimum of a Master's Degree and BCBA certification (Required)
Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two years
A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check
