Responsibilities

Technical leadership of a team of 3 - 6 engineers
Mentoring of junior and senior engineers alike
Thought leadership on compiler design - responsible for design of major components and interfaces
Maintain and elaborate on design documentation and specifications
Create training content and technical onboarding processes for new hires

Required

8+ years of experience working on compilers or runtimes
3+ years of experience as a tech lead or team lead (manager)
Proficient in C++
Proficient with Git and GitHub
Familiar with agile methodologies like SCRUM or KANBAN

Preferred

Proficient in Python 3
Familiar with PyTorch
Familiar with OS fundamentals
Familiar with MLIR
Basic knowledge of computer architecture
