Build authentic relationships and deliver five-star service
Run CMAs to price homes competitively
Negotiate offers/counteroffers with confidence
Stay sharp on Triangle market trends
Create simple listing walkthrough videos (we’ll teach you)
Close deals—and celebrate the wins with your team
Qualification
Required
North Carolina Real Estate License (or actively enrolled in the course)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and trustworthy
Must be located within 30 minutes of Raleigh
