Responsibilities

Proactively engage with Zoho’s most strategic accounts through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build trust and long-term relationships
Understand each customer’s evolving needs and identify opportunities to expand their Zoho investment through upsell and cross-sell strategies
Own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to crafting proposals, managing your pipeline, and closing deals
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to solve problems, deliver a great customer experience, and ensure long-term success
