They are seeking a talented Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality articles for their SAAS knowledge base, while also assisting with internal documentation and developer requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and a passion for the company's mission.

Responsibilities
Writing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality content within the support knowledge base including internal and public facing articles
Communicate complex technical details to audiences of highly variable skill levels
Communicate complex developer requirements to our team of developers in the form of thorough and clear Jira tickets
Assist in creation of onboarding guides (userpilot/appcues)
Qualification
Required
Experience in planning, leading, directing, and managing the build out of great knowledge bases for SAAS products
Strong ability and proficiency writing and communicating with the english language
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with using front-end online publishing languages including HTML, CSS, AWS
Familiarity with using back-end online publishing languages including python, experience with django
Experience being part of scrum processes
Ability to provide references who can confirm that you write incredibly clear and comprehensive Jira tickets
Knowledge of UI/UX terminology
