Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is a leader in providing integrated pediatric therapy services throughout Southeast Michigan. They are seeking a passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their multi-disciplinary team and provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians while developing tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans for children.

Responsibilities

Provide expert supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians, ensuring high-quality client care
Train and educate staff members and parents on individualized IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation
Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support each child's unique needs
Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to align with the child’s progress and evolving needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including weekly supervision notes detailing progress, goals, and behavior data
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.) at intake and every six months, documenting findings in the electronic medical record
Actively participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote professional growth and best practices

Required

Current certification as a BCaBA through the BACB
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians
