Qualification
Required
At least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation
Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies
Superior academic credentials
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience
